1. The clearance is too big or uneven.Readjust it.
2. The mould block is treated in some wrong way,leading to unsharp cutting edge.Proper material should be selected and treated in proper way.
3. Worn-out punch should be machined.
4. The entry of punch into die is too much. Readjust it.
5. The guide is not accurate enough.Guides and bushings should be checked.
