The mounting and adjustment of mould should be handled carefully,since moulds,especially those of large or middle sizes,are so expensive and hard to move.Human security should be put at the first place.Mould without end blocks needs a cushion board between punch and die button.Before try-out,the press should be cleaned.The slide should be put to bottom dead center,10-15mm above SH of the mould before set-up.

Before the try-out,the mould should be lubricated,and the material should be prepared.Be sure the press work well.Adjust the entry amount of punch,feed,side thrust to their best conditions.All sizes and accuracy rate should meet drawing before shipping.
