1. There are greasy dirt or sweeps on material strip or mould.It should cleaned.
2.The smoothness and cleanness of the mould surface should be improved.
3.The parts hardness is not enough. Proper surface treatment should be added.
4.Material is not stable on the press.To decrease lubrication and adjust spring force.
5. Guides should be modified. Parts should be handled carefully during the whole process.
